How to Apply

We primarily accept online submission of resumes and applications. Once your application/resume has been submitted, a Recruiter will review your information and contact you via email only if there is an open position that matches your qualifications and preferences. A skill assessment may be sent to you via email if the position requires it. After that time, a phone interview will be conducted and you may be invited in for a face-to-face interview if you meet our pre-screening requirements.

If you submit your resume into our system it will parse that information into certain fields of your application to save you time.

1.  Click the “Search Jobs” box located in the middle of our Home page.

2.  Review open position(s)

3.  Select the position(s) of interest that your skills and experience match and add to your job cart. (You can select multiple positions by holding down the CNTRL key while you select)

4.  Once you have selected position(s) of interest, Click “search jobs” button located on the lower right of the screen.

5.  Your Search Job results will be displayed.

6.  Click on the position name for a detailed job description. If your skills and experience match the position requirements you can click “add to Job Cart” or if you are only interested in applying for one (1) position you can simply click “fill out application”. If you are not interested in the position but you know a friend who might be interested click “send to a friend” and follow instructions. If you selected more than one position you will need to go back to search job results screen by clicking “back to search results” at top right of screen.

7.  When complete click “view job cart” at top right of page. Job cart will be displayed. You can deselect any positions in your job cart or simply click “fill out an application”.

8.  You can now complete the application. You are able to upload your resume at this time. Follow the instructions.

9.  IMPORTANT! Your user name is your first initial/last name/last 4 ssn.  You will be instructed to create your password. Store in a secure place as you will need it to access your payroll information and your year-end W-2 statement should you start work with Aryes Staffing.

10. After the application/resume has been submitted, a Recruiter will review your information and may contact you if there is a current opening or upcoming opening that matches your qualifications and preferences. Should there be a match, we will contact you to discuss in more detail your background and experience as well as the position requirements. If we agree to move forward an in-person interview will be scheduled. You will need to bring the following information with you:

• Two (2) forms of valid identification. Bring 1 document to establish identity (e.g., Driver's License or government issued ID card) and 1 document to establish employment eligibility (e.g., passport, or social security card that bears an official U.S. seal).

• Banking Documentation for direct deposit-Voided check or a letter from your bank on letterhead stating your name, routing number and account number.

• Before placing you on an assignment we will ask that you sign a Consent Form allowing us to conduct a national background check and drug screen on you.

Interview attire is business professional. Be on time and prepared to discuss your job search goals, skills and work experience. Plan to be in our office up to one hour.
